Jay Richters is the Founder & Managing Director of Together We Care which is an innovative community services organisation focused on the unique needs of those who require in home support services.

Jay  has  over  10  years  of  experience  in  the  care  sector,  starting  from  a  domestic  assist  role  while  studying  to  be  a  personal  carer.  He  furthered  his  education  with  two  additional  courses  and  transitioned  into  case  management  and  coordination.  Eventually,  he  took  on  Senior  roles  before  founding  Together  We  Care  with  a  mission  to  revolutionise  care  delivery  in  Australia.
